School’s Out - Now What?

The last bell of the school year is about to ring.  For many, that last bell is liberating, signifying the end of another year shackled to a sometimes all too consuming school schedule.  It’s a time to break free, breathe deeply and unwind for the first time in nearly ten months.  Of course, shifting gears from full throttle to a slow chug can cause quite a hiccup if you don’t have a plan in place.  What should we do?
