Believe it or not, there aren’t a lot of secrets to
achieving a sculpted, toned and fit body.
Anyone can attain results as long as they have the desire and the
dedication. Unfortunately, that’s
usually where most people fall short, myself included. Sure, I start out all gung-ho thinking “this
is the year I’m going to get back in shape!”
Regrettably, about three months into my “new lifestyle”, I fall off the
wagon; mainly due to boredom. Sound
