achieving less stress and more success:
1. Stop Worrying About the Future and
Focus on the Present
Become
more aware of your thinking and learn to bring yourself back into the present
so you can enjoy the here and now.

Learn to Breathe
Learn
to breathe deeply. Pulling air through
your diaphragm so your belly expands helps to keep the mind calm and grounded
while improving focus and reducing stress.
3.
Do One Thing at a Time, Slowly and
Deliberately
Multi-tasking
divides our attention, hindering our ability to act and react in a methodical
and deliberate manner. Slow down and
focus on one task at a time.
4.
Do Less
Slowing
down your pace allows you to focus on the task at hand with a greater amount of
concentration.
